We have been closely monitoring the COVID situation.
In consideration of many members of our community getting sick by the Covid-19 virus, the ISPC Executive Board in consultation with Imam Saad and Islamic Scholars as well as medical professionals, have decided to suspend all activities at our Masjed premise starting tonight (Thursday, July 23, 2020), until Further notice. We will NOT pray Jumaa (Friday) tomorrow.
This was a difficult decision, however, the safety and health of our community is most important.
Covid-19 is a real threat that is leading in some cases to death. And the only way to reduce its threat is to reduce large gatherings. Islam is all about preserving lives.
We will monitor the situation and keep you updated.
