• عزم الصديق توليته الخلافة بعد وفاة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.
• شهد له النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بالجنة وسماه أمين الأمة
• فاتح بلاد الشام
• توفي سنة ثمان عشرة في طاعون عاموس في الأردن .

• Abu Bakr Assidiq nominated him to be the Khalifa after the Prophet’s death
• The prophet SAW gave him the glad tidings that he is in Jannah, and called him the trustee of this Ummah
• Under his leadership Belad Asham came under the sovereignty of Islam

• آخى الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم بينه وبين عبد الرحمن بن عوف فعزم على أن يعطي عبد الرحمن شطر ماله ويطلق إحدى زوجتيه ليتزوج بها فامتنع عبد الرحمن من ذلك ودعا له
• وفيه وفي ابنتيه من بعد وفاته أنزلت آية المواريث
• From Ansar, from the tribe of Khazraj
• At the time of immigration, the prophet made a special bond of brotherhood between him and Abdurrahman ibn awf RAA, so he offered him to split his money in half and to divorce one of his 2 wives, so he can get married to her. But Abdurrahman ibn awf declined and asked Allah to bless him and his family
• In him and his 2 daughters the verses of inheritance were revealed after his passing away.

• أسلم يوم الفتح وحسن إسلامه وكان من أشراف قريش ونبلائهم ..
• قال : لا أدع شيئاً صنعته في الجاهلية إلا صنعت لله في الإسلام مثله .. وكان أعتق في الجاهلية مئة رقبة وأعتق في الإسلام مثلها وساق في الجاهلية مئة بدنة فَسَاق في الإسلام مثلها ..
• ولد في جوف الكعبة ..
• قيل أنه عاش في الجاهلية ستين سنة وفي الإسلام مثلها ..
• Accepted Islam the day of opening Makkah, he became a very good Muslim, he was from the noble people of Quraysh.
• He is known to have said: Whatever good I did before Islam, I will do the same in Islam. He freed 100 slaves before, so he did 100 in Islam. Also, he donated 100 cattle before, and he did the same in Islam.
• He was born inside the Kaaba
• It was narrated that he lived 60 years before Islam and 60 years after.

• الصحابية القرشية المكية ثم المدنية
• من أوائل من أسلم، كان إسلامها بعد سبعة عشر إنسانا
• أخت أم المؤمنين
• هاجرت وهي حامل، ووضعت عند وصولها المدينة، فكان أول مولود يولد في المدينة بعد الهجرة
• هي وأبوها، وجدها، وابنها, أربعتهم، صحابيون
• كانت آخر المهاجرات وفاة
• Female companion from Quraysh
• She was one of first people to accept Islam, she was number 18 overall to accept Islam
• She is the sister of one of mother of the believers
• She immigrated to Madinah while pregnant, and delivered as soon as she got there, so the new born was the first new born after immigration in Madinah
• One her virtues that she, her father, her grandfather, her son, all are companions
• She lived for a long time, she was the last female companion to die

• صاحب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وابن صاحبه ..
• له مناقب كثيرة ومقام راسخ في العلم والعمل ..
• أصغر من أبيه بإحدى عشرة سنة أو نحوها ..
• أسلم قبل أبيه
• شديد المحبة لوالده وطاعة له استجابة لقول الرسول له :(أطع أباك ما دام حياً )
• استأذن النبي في كتابة ما يسمع منه، فأذن له رسول الله. قال: “قد حفظت عن رسول الله ألف مثل”
• وهو الذي وعظه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عندما كان يصوم النهار ويقوم الليل فقال له أتصوم النهار وتقوم الليل ؟ قال : نعم .. فقال له 🙁 لكني أصوم وأفطر وأصلي وأنام وأمسُّ النساء فمن رغب عن سنتي فليس مني)
• توفي بمصر سنة خمس وستين
• The companion of the prophet SAW and the son of a companion too
• One of well know companions for their knowledge and deeds
• His age was 12 years younger than his father
• Accepted islam before his father
• Loved his father so much and was very obedient to him, following the prophet SAW advise: “Obey your father as long as he lived”
• He is the one the prophet SAW adviced him to follow his sunnah by giving his body its right
• Died in Egypt year 65 AH
